[Case Study] Energy Saving! Improving Air Conditioning Efficiency through Partition Construction!

Energy saving! Improving air conditioning efficiency through partition construction!

In a factory that manufactures OEM cosmetics, three processes—filling, packaging, and inspection—were conducted in a single space measuring 30m x 15m. The building had low insulation, and while two air conditioning units were installed, they were insufficient during the summer, raising concerns about decreased work efficiency due to the heat. Additionally, since the building was not originally designed as a clean room, the OEM clients requested improvements to the working environment, necessitating simultaneous enhancements in air conditioning efficiency and cleanliness. Issues: 1. The manufacturing environment is a concern for the OEM clients. 2. While we want to make the most of the existing air conditioning units, they are clearly insufficient in their current state. 3. The interior walls of the building are finished with standard residential wall coverings rather than clean room specifications. 4. Cleanliness at Class 10000 is only required for the filling and packaging processes. 5. There is a significant amount of heat intrusion from the windows.

[Case Study] Preventing Product Deterioration with the Introduction of Localized Air Conditioning!

Prevent product deterioration with the introduction of localized air conditioning!

A customer manufacturing intermediate materials from chemical fibers expressed concerns that the temperature in their warehouse rises extremely high during the summer, which could lead to the deterioration of the stored products. They consulted us about implementing temperature management as part of their quality improvement efforts, in conjunction with the automatic filling and new packaging line installation. Issues: 1. The temperature must be kept below 29°C even during the hottest summer days. 2. The entire building has a large space, and managing the temperature throughout would require enormous costs. 3. The first floor contains a small bag packaging room and a product storage warehouse, while the second floor has equipment for cutting from the production line and transporting to the warehouse, necessitating an opening for a crane between the two floors. 4. During the construction period, the installation and setup of the newly introduced automatic filling machine and packaging line are scheduled, so careful planning is required.

[Case Study] Improved Dust Collection Efficiency through Optimal Airflow Control

Cleaning of powder filling processes! A case study demonstrating efficient dust collection and achieving high cleanliness levels.

This is a case study from a chemical company. They were facing the issue of product scattering during the filling process of powder products. Although the filling area was temperature-controlled, they were also struggling with poor balance in the intake and exhaust, leading to low air conditioning efficiency. In response, we proposed a distribution air conditioning system by installing a large air conditioning unit with sufficient capacity and supplying air to each room via FFUs. As a result, we designed an automatic interlocking system to ensure appropriate intake based on the exhaust volume, achieving stable room pressure management. [Issues] - A dust collector is installed but only functions near the intake area. - Class 10000 cleanliness is required. - Air conditioning is ineffective. - The area is divided into five rooms, each requiring separate room pressure control. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Geothermal Facility Case Study: Toa Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture)

When employees arrive at work, it is quite cool! It shortens the hot hours.

At the factory of Toa Automobile Industry Co., Ltd., in the welding department, which is the main operation, the temperature in the workplace can reach nearly 40°C in the summer, raising concerns about the health risks to employees. [Challenges] - In the welding department, the temperature in the workplace can reach nearly 40°C in the summer, raising concerns about health risks to employees. - Air conditioning is unrealistic considering the installation and running costs. - Although a large water-cooled blower with low costs was considered, it could not be implemented due to concerns about welding flames and rust on iron products caused by humidity. Therefore, it was decided to introduce "Geo Power" with the expectation that a temperature drop of 2-3°C in the welding department would significantly reduce health risks. Due to its low running costs, keeping it on 24 hours a day ensures that when employees arrive, the environment is considerably cooler, thus shortening the duration of high temperatures. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us. [Construction Achievements] Local Booth-Type Constant Temperature Air Conditioning System

Adoption of air-cooled type! No special work is required for installation or maintenance.

We would like to introduce our achievements in the installation of localized booth-type constant temperature air conditioning systems. Precision air conditioning is often associated with the need for expensive insulated rooms, but our original product "STCube" can provide stable temperature accuracy even with a simple vinyl booth. This precision air conditioning unit was developed with a site-oriented approach. It was designed with the premise of a large airflow that envelops the equipment and a cooling capacity equivalent to that of advanced air conditioning units. It can cover without insulation due to its surplus capacity. 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Site-oriented with large airflow and capacity (high cooling capacity) ■ Energy-saving design ■ Easy installation and maintenance *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Achievements] Spot air conditioning system for a foundry where sand is blown in high temperatures.

Meeting customer needs! Air conditioning system in an environment with dust swirling at high temperatures (around 40°C).

We would like to introduce our achievements in the installation of spot air conditioning systems in foundries where sand is stirred up by high temperatures. We adopted a spot air conditioning method that only targets areas where people are present, minimizing electricity costs associated with air conditioning. Since the air conditioning is designed specifically for workers on the heated sand, we achieved control of wind speed to prevent sand from being stirred up, as well as temperature control to avoid condensation at the air outlets. 【Benefits of Implementation】 ■ Reduction of running costs ■ Minimum required airflow and appropriate temperature control ■ Air conditioning combined with a ventilation system *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Ventilation and Air Conditioning System Renovation] Isuzu Motors Limited

Introducing fresh outdoor air for a comfortable kitchen environment! A case study on achieving improvements for a hygienic kitchen.

We would like to introduce a case study of the renovation of the ventilation and air conditioning system in the employee cafeteria kitchen at Isuzu Motors Limited. Due to the aging of the air conditioning units in the spacious kitchen area of the employee cafeteria, the company undertook renovations aimed at updating the equipment and improving the air quality in the cooking environment. They adopted our rooftop air conditioning units, which effectively exhaust heat and odors generated from cooking, resulting in a hygienic kitchen that constantly introduces fresh air. [Challenges] - As a large kitchen facility, a significant amount of heat and odors are generated from cooking. - There is a need to minimize the construction period and reduce implementation costs as much as possible. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
