[Case Study] Energy Saving! Improving Air Conditioning Efficiency through Partition Construction!
Energy saving! Improving air conditioning efficiency through partition construction!
In a factory that manufactures OEM cosmetics, three processes—filling, packaging, and inspection—were conducted in a single space measuring 30m x 15m. The building had low insulation, and while two air conditioning units were installed, they were insufficient during the summer, raising concerns about decreased work efficiency due to the heat. Additionally, since the building was not originally designed as a clean room, the OEM clients requested improvements to the working environment, necessitating simultaneous enhancements in air conditioning efficiency and cleanliness. Issues: 1. The manufacturing environment is a concern for the OEM clients. 2. While we want to make the most of the existing air conditioning units, they are clearly insufficient in their current state. 3. The interior walls of the building are finished with standard residential wall coverings rather than clean room specifications. 4. Cleanliness at Class 10000 is only required for the filling and packaging processes. 5. There is a significant amount of heat intrusion from the windows.
